Web Reports - Our custom web reporting system provides a wide
variety of statistics on every station and backup job in your system,
including errors, backup success rates and inactivity reports. The
Monitoring Dashboard provides an at-a-glance status report of all
of your backup events. Issues can be quickly identified and dealt
with through this single interface.
Email Reports - The email reporting system can provide both "per
license" and "global" email reports on backup activity, errors, and
station activity. Emails are highly customizable and linked to web
reports that provide comprehensive explanations of every message.
Options are available to receive emails after any job is run, in
the event of an error, or even if a station has not run a backup for a
predetermined amount of time.
Phone Alerts - Phone alerts are the last line of defense and can be
set up to alert up to three individuals in case of a serious concern.
Phone alerts are configured globally and can be set to inform you
of errors or inactivity on any and all stations. These phone calls
come from a trained monitoring technician and will be able to
inform you of any situations needing your immediate attention.
