Backup Name

This is the display name for the backup job. This should be brief and descriptive of the type of job, ‘My Documents Full Nightly Backup” for example, and must be unique.

Description

This is the more detailed description of the Backup job and should contain enough detail to remind you what the job does if you forget what the display name means. For example, ‘Backup of the ‘My Documents’ folder to the ‘backup’ folder on the external hard drive that happens at 2 AM every night’.
