Backup Microsoft Outlook

Check the box to enable Outlook backup. ION will default to backing up all Outlook files. Select the "Choose which Outlook files to back up" button to deselect specific files.

Close Outlook before backup

If Outlook is open during the backup, several key files will not be backed up. ION will attempt to close Outlook if it is open. If Outlook is not open, the backup will not be affected.

Restart Outlook after backup

ION will attempt to open Outlook after the backup job has completed.
