The server subscription to the Monitoring Center provides 24 hour verification of backup processes. Errors that occur during an automated backup process are sent to the Center's servers, reviewed by a Monitoring technician and then relayed to the user via a phone call. This service eliminates the time spent tediously checking backup error logs and reviewing backup file viability.
