Email Reports - The email reporting system can provide both "per license" and "global" email reports on backup activity, errors, and station activity. Emails are highly customizable and linked to web reports that provide comprehensive explanations of every message. Phone Alerts - Phone alerts are the last line of defense and can be set up to alert up to three individuals in case of a serious concern. Phone alerts are configured globally and can be set to inform you of errors or inactivity on any and all stations. These phone calls come from a trained monitoring technician and will be able to inform you of any situations needing your immediate attention.
